S&P 500 Higher or Lower From Here?
Friday, August 10, 2012 at 05:49PM The last hour of trading pushed the S&P 500 into the green for the day, which extended its current winning streak to six days. Over the last four years, the S&P 500 has had 8 six-day winning streaks, and unfortunately, the index has been down on day 7 every single time. So while we broke the ridiculously long streak of down Mondays this week, history will not be on the side of the bulls when trading begins next week.
