Homebuilders Trading Like Its 2005 All Over Again

While economists debate over whether or not the housing sector has bottomed, the stocks of homebuilding companies seem to be unanimous in their view.  They are saying the bottom is in.  Of the eleven stocks in the S&P 1500 homebuilder group, the worst performing stock (NVR) is still up 25% on the year.
