Top Website Rated Stocks
Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at 01:25PM Nearly all of the most visited financial websites have a stock ratings tool, but who knows which ratings system to follow or which one works best? We recently looked up the ratings for all S&P 500 stocks on five of the most popular financial sites with ratings tools. We then put all of the various scoring systems on a 1 (worst) to 10 (best) scale and calculated the average score for each stock based on all five sites.
Below is a list of the 40 stocks with the highest combined ratings. For those interested, we also went through the chart patterns of the stocks on the list and found the ones that we believe look the best from a technical perspective. The 8 that stood out the most are highlighted below...
