Transports Threatening a Breakout

We recently did a post highlighting that the Dow Jones Transportation Index has been in one of its tightest long-term trading ranges ever.  With a big gain over the last couple of weeks, the Transports index has moved from the bottom of its range back to the top in a heartbeat.  If the index can keep rallying today, however, it will finally get the breakout that investors have been waiting for.
