Yesterday we conducted our fifth and final poll of readers where we asked who they planned to vote for and who they thought would win the election. As has been the case in prior polls, we saw more readers who plan on voting for Mitt Romney (56%) than readers who think he will actually win (41%). As shown in the charts below, Mitt Romney's momentum came to a crashing halt with the arrival of Superstorm Sandy, while Obama's momentum reversed higher at the same time. If President Obama wins re-election, Sandy will go down as the ultimate October surprise.
