Still No Love For Utilities

Although Utilities were hit hard just like every other sector during the market's sell-off, investors were in no mood to move back into the sector today.  In fact, not only was the Utilities sector the only one that did not rally more than 1%, but the sector actually finished down on the day!  As a result, Utilities is now the only sector that remains more than two standard deviations below its 50-day moving average.
