S&P 500 Changes to Start the Week

The market started off the week on a positive note with some good news in Europe and strong retail sales data in the US.  It didn't take long, however, before the market remembered that it is indeed Monday.  It took all of 45 minutes for the S&P 500 and Nasdaq to give up their nice opening gains.  So far in the second half of 2012, the S&P 500 has only been up to start the week three out of fifteen times.
