Odds of a French AAA Downgrade

The ratings agencies have been mocked lately (what's new?) for continuing to keep France as a AAA rated country.  Over at Intrade.com, real money changes hands on whether or not France will keep its AAA rating in the future.  For the contract to pay off, either Moody's, S&P or Fitch have to downgrade the country's long-term credit below AAA.

At the moment, the Intrade.com odds for a downgrade by mid-2012 are at 70%.  This is likely much higher than France or most of Europe wants to accept.
