DC and Detroit Only Two Cities That See YoY Housing Gains

The September S&P/Case-Shiller home price numbers were released today, and as shown below, only two of the twenty cities tracked showed year-over-year gains -- Detroit and Washington DC.  It's good to see Detroit making a comeback, but seeing DC in the green while the rest of the country continues to see declines surely annoys a lot of people.
