Key Earnings Reports Next Week

Since October 11th, 306 companies have reported earnings.  Below is a chart showing the number of companies that are set to report by day for the remainder of earnings season.  Next week, 790 companies are set to report, while 2,015 companies are set to report from next Monday through November 18th.

As we did for this week's key reports on Monday, below is a table showing the key S&P 500 companies that are set to report next week.  For each stock, we provide its historical EPS Beat Rate (% of time the company has beaten earnings estimates going back to 2000) as well as its average one-day % change on its past earnings reports.  The most widely followed reports next week will be CAT, NFLX, UPS, AMZN, F, BA, XOM, PG, and MO.  Thursday is by far the biggest day for earnings with 316 companies releasing their Q3 numbers.
