Bulls Scatter...Again

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, we wanted to once again highlight the lack of conviction among investors and advisors in the current market environment.  Following the July rally, bullish sentiment based on the Investors Intelligence weekly survey jumped to its highest level since May.  Then last week, the S&P 500 dropped more than 3% and the bulls scattered.  In this week's survey, bullish sentiment declined 12% for its largest weekly decline since the flash crash.
