Bearish Sentiment At Highest Levels Since July 2009

This week's survey of advisor sentiment from Investors Intelligence showed that bearish sentiment increased by 1.5 percentage points to 34.8%.  This represents the highest level since 7/22/09.  It's a bit ironic that on the day bearish sentiment nearly hit a 52-week high, the S&P 500 is up over 2%.
