Yesterday's New Home Sales Report

Yesterday's New Home Sales report came in at 504,000, which blew away the consensus estimate of 425,000.  And last month's numbers were even better at 411,000 versus estimates of 325,000.  Below is a table of all actual New Homes Sales numbers that came in 10% or more above expectations since 1998.  Last month ranks first while this month ranks fifth.
