Surely The Bank Will Be Open, Right?

If all else fails, surely the bank will be open, right?  We've gotten about 6-8 inches of snow along with an inch or two of rain over the last two days here in Westchester County, but most businesses are open as usual, the snow has stopped, and peaks of sun have actually come through.  Dunkin Donuts, Quizno's, CVS, dry cleaners, the Post Office -- they're all open.  But the two JP Morgan Chase branches in town for some reason decided to close up shop for the day.  Talk about tight credit!
