Best Performing Stocks Year to Date

While the year hasn't gotten off to a great start, there are some stocks that have done well.  Below we highlight the top performing Russell 3,000 stocks year to date.  There isn't a stock in the index up 100% or more yet, but McMoRan Exploration (MMR) is getting close with a gain of 93%.  Tuesday Morning Corp. (TUES) ranks second with a gain of 80%, and then there is a pretty big drop off in terms of performance.  The third best performing stock so far in 2010 is LaBranche (LAB) with a gain of 58.8%, followed by MAPP, ZIGO, PVTB, and ZION.  Some other notable names on the list include Eastmak Kodak (EK), Domino's Pizza (DPZ), and Taser (TASR).
