Euro Downtrend Remains Intact

Yes, you read that right.  While there seems to be endless talk about the incredible shrinking dollar, maybe it's the Euro that people should be worried about.  Since peaking back in 2008, the Euro has been in a pretty well defined downtrend versus the dollar, and now it finds itself back below its 50-day moving average after making a second lower high vs the dollar less than two weeks ago.
