Beige Book Sees Growth, But What are the Indicators Saying?

According to Wednesday's release of the Beige Book, the Federal Reserve saw 'modest' economic growth in the period from September through early October.  But what are the numbers actually telling us?  Yesterday we updated our monthly Matrix of Economic Indicators where we provide charts of 40 different economic indicators in the Manufacturing, Employment, Housing, Inflation, Consumer sectors.
