77.6% of S&P 500 Stocks Overbought

Following today’s rally, 77.6% of the stocks in the S&P 500 are trading more than one standard deviation above their 50-day moving averages.  Since the S&P 500 reached its all-time peak back in 2007, there have only been three other periods where more than 75% of the S&P 500 was trading at overbought levels.  Looking at the performance of the S&P 500 following these periods...
