Bullish or Bearish?

The S&P 500 closed at its highest level of the year today, and it is now up more than 12% in 2009.  Some strategists are arguing that investors have gotten too bullish recently, while some still argue that the consensus is still too bearish.  We want to know what our readers think.  At the close on December 31st, 2009, will the S&P 500 be higher or lower than it is today (1,011)?

Will the S&P 500 be higher or lower than it is now (1,011) on 12/31/2009?

These type questions are very poorly constructed. It doesn't allow anyone to take into consideration BETWEEN now & 12/31.

That's the real crux of the matter.
