When a Case of the Mondays Is A Good Thing

While Mondays are typically the most dreaded day of the week, for stocks they have recently been the best.  On the 12 Mondays since Labor Day, the S&P 500 has been positive 83% (10) of the time for an average gain of 0.83%.  The last time the S&P 500 had a negative return to start the week was back on October 26th.
