Bespoke Upgrade/Downgrade Database -- MO Downgraded at Goldman

This morning, Altria Group (MO) was downgraded at Goldman Sachs.  So how does the stock typically trade after receiving a downgrade?  We recently created a historical Upgrade/Downgrade database of thousands of stocks that tracks analyst recommendations (since 2002).  What is unique about this database is that we include how the stock actually trades after receiving the good or bad news.  Looking at MO, when the stock has been downgraded in the past, it typically gaps down 1.33% and then trades lower by another 0.97% from open to close for an overall average 1-day change of -2.30%.  The two times that Goldman downgraded the stock (since 2002), it went down 1.81% and 2.83%.
