Global Interest Rates

A look at international long-term interest rates shows that while yields have stabilized somewhat over the last two weeks, they still remain at or above the top end of their typical ranges.  While the quickest and most preferable way for rates to fall within their normal range would be for bonds to rally (thereby lowering yields), another possible scenario is for a prolonged period of sideways trading where the moving average catches up to the current yield.
