CSCO and INTC upgraded at big brokers

Two major tech companies were upgraded this morning by two big brokerage firms.  Merrill Lynch upgraded Cisco (CSCO) from Neutral to Buy, and Lehman upgraded Intel (INTC) from Equalweight to Overweight.  We went back and plotted the historical recommendations for each stock from each of the analysts.  As shown, the Merrill analyst that covers CSCO had a Buy rating on the stock from around $17 to $28 before downgrading it to Hold.  Since the downgrade, the stock has traded sideways.
